Those who dreamed of First Plug
First Plug was born from a list of problems written on a napkin
When Matías, Santiago, and Ezequiel (two brothers and their cousin) were selling hardware to companies in Argentina, the pandemic changed everything. Remote work exploded overnight and they saw firsthand, in their own clients, the chaos it generated: employees in different cities and countries, with no clear processes to equip them, no visibility of their assets, and no one to call when something failed.
In one of those meetings, Matías grabbed a napkin and started to write down every problem they saw and could solve. That's when they understood that they had to build the solution that the market needed and decided to found First Plug.
